Whether you're meal prepping for a busy week or just want something quick after a long day, the Instant Pot makes it easy to cook flavorful meals with minimal effort.
Here are three of my favorite easy recipes you can try in your Instant Pot:
1. Instant Pot Crispy Chicken Wings
Crispy, golden, and flavorful—these chicken wings are perfect for a quick snack or game-day treat.
Ingredients:

10-12 chicken wings

1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Season the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the wings in the Instant Pot air fryer basket.

Set the Instant Pot to Air Fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Remove once crispy and garnish with fresh cilantro.
2. Stuffed Bell Peppers
Nutritious, colorful, and satisfying, these stuffed peppers are a perfect meal any day.
Ingredients:

4 large bell peppers

1 cup cooked quinoa or rice

1 cup ground chicken or beef
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 onion, chopped
-
1 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp coriander
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft, then cook the ground meat.

Add cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and cooked quinoa/rice. Mix well.

Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in the Instant Pot basket.

Set the Instant Pot to Air Fry at 375°F for 15 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle cheese on top and air fry for another 5 minutes.
3. Air Fried Falafel
Healthy, crispy, and perfect with tahini or yogurt sauce, this falafel is easy to make in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic

2 tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp coriander
-
1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp flour

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray
Instructions:

Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and flour in a food processor until it forms a dough.

Roll into small balls or patties.

Preheat the Instant Pot air fryer basket, lightly spray with olive oil.

Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve with tahini or yogurt sauce.
